Cost for 8 week class is $240.00 plus $35.00 material fee, includes one bag of clay, firing and glaze. Classes focus on hand building with red earthenware clay although wheels are available if you are interested in wheel throwing. Class size is small, usually four people per class. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace on projects that interest them. Demonstrations on building techniques, decorating and  glazing are held throughout the course and cater to the interests of the students and projects undertaken. No experience is necessary. 

The studio is well stocked with molds,  templates, tools, and equipment. All you need to bring is your sense of adventure and a willingness to get a little dirty! 

Terrie has extensive teaching and workshop experience and is accomplished in her field. Decorative and hand building techniques are areas of particular expertise.
